Midland Bus Stop!
As some of you saw last night, we have moved our Midland Bus Stop slightly down the road from the previous location on 3200. We are hoping to help with traffic being backed up on 349 by making this move. A few things to know:
-If driving 45 (the speed limit on CR 3200), it will take approximately 5 minutes to get from the previous bus stop to the current one. If you continue east from the previous bus stop, it is about 5 miles. The road will dead end at a stop sign, the new location is to your left. (You will be able to see it from the stop sign.) We will have school personnel on location the first couple of days to help.
-The pick up and drop off time WILL REMAIN THE SAME. Pickup will be 7:05-7:15 and drop off will be 4:10-4:20.
-Notes for the bus that your child will be riding and the driver will go home on the first day of school. Please make sure that it is returned in a timely manner to ensure that your child can keep riding the bus. Make sure that you include yourself on the paperwork on who can and can't pick up your child.
Please contact the school at 432-459-2445 or email Lynsey Pardue lpardue@gradyisd.esc18.net with any questions or concerrs.
UPDATED FOOTBALL SCHEDULES
Reminder!!!! High School registration until 3:00!!!
A new federal program allows ALL students to eat FREE this year.
We can't wait!!!
PARENTS OF RETURNING STUDENTS: We are transitioning to online registration forms through Parent Portal for the 2021-2022 school year. This will take the place of the paper packets that usually go home on the first day of school. We hope that this will be an easier way to get your students set for the new year. Current students will be receiving a letter in the mail within the next few days with all of the information and instructions on how to complete the registration forms.
NEW STUDENTS: If you have a child that will be attending Grady for the first time this year, please contact Ms. Woodward in the Principal's office at (432) 459-2445 or swoodward@gradyisd.esc18.net to verify that we have all necessary enrollment paperwork. You will then be given your letter to begin online registration.
We realize that this is a new process, and are here to help with any questions or assistance that you need. We will have a station in the computer lab the night of the Wildcat Walk (August 12, 5-7 p.m.) to assist anyone that needs help.
We can't wait to get this school year started!!!!
